A charming agritourism farmhouse in Nicosia of approximately 1,000 square metres and 3 hectares of land, located in an old farmhouse with a double beam structure. Part of an ancient feud, it began life as a hunting lodge in the late 17th century, was enlarged and transformed into a fortified farmhouse in the 19th century, and in 2001 underwent a restoration that was as respectful as possible, transforming it into a 3-ear graded agriturismo.^There is still the 37 ha organic farm, where Girgentane goats, horses and small farmyard animals are bred.
