The house is made up of the following way:
A. Lowerfloor
Access
Pedestrian access that integrates with the exterior, has a double height and a skylight for the entry with natural lighting, a water mirror 0.40 cm deep to delimit access to the interior of the house. Entry to the following areas will be through sliding doors.
Social area
The social area is open and consists of a living room, dining room and kitchen with a height of 2.70m from the finished floor to the ceiling. The kitchen is connected to the main access by a second door for the service.
Exterior
The outdoor area has a 1.40 m deep pool with an area of 29.00 sqm, as well as a small terrace. The south side wall was designed so that images can be projected onto it.

Construction System
For the construction of the house, traditional materials and construction systems of the region will be used. It will have a foundation based on isolated and strip footings based on masonry, counter beams and joist and vault slabs. The structures will be formed with columns and beams of reinforced concrete, in the same way that it will happen with the mezzanine slabs. The walls will be built with hollow blocks confined with concrete dalas and castles, flattened with a mortar mix.

Floors
The floors will be covered by ceramic or porcelain wood looking tile. The staircase in the main access will be made of reinforced concrete and covered with black quarry.
Walls
The dividing wall between the pool and the living room will be covered with mayan stone in puzzle mode. The bathroom walls will feature ceramic tile trim and non-slip ceramic tile floors. The rest of the interior walls will have a fine leveling with putty, finished with vinyl paint, and the exterior walls will have a dark gray kimiplaster finish.
Pools
The pools will be set on a foundation slab reinforced with 3/8' rebar and hollow block walls with drowned castles, leveled with the rich technique and finished with light gray kimiplaster. They will have stairs and bench made on site and each of the pools will have its respective machine room.
The main pool on the ground floor will have all the necessary equipment for cleaning, disinfection, filtration and circulation of water, as well as equipment for counter-current swimming. The pool in the multipurpose room and in the master suite will only have equipment for cleaning, disinfection, filtration and circulation of water.
Instalations
All facilities comply with the corresponding regulations in accordance with the construction regulations and complementary regulations of the municipality. The diameters and trajectories are calculated with specialists from each branch for the correct operation of each installation.
