Impressive Four-bedroom Sea View Villa In Ao Por For Rent

Description

This four-bedroom villa sits in an area thata€™s remained a well-kept Phuket secreta€'Ao Por. Enjoy easy access to golfing, the marina, and an easy drive to Phuketa€™s city center with half the traffic.

This property is in a beachfront estate, with close, open views of Phang Nga Bay fringed with tropical greenery. The open, tropical modern design highlights the connection with nature through large glassed walls, a€œoutdoora€ showers, and a generous courtyard infinity pool (5x12m) with jacuzzi that visually extends to the bay.

The main, upper level holds the open plan living area and 3 bedrooms. The courtyard infinity pool is accessed by multiple entries and entertaining in the spacious lounges or poolside is a delight. The full, European Western kitchen is supplemented by a Thai kitchen to make hosting that much easier.

All of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, and therea€™s a guest WC in addition. The bedroom that sits on the lower level has twin beds and an ensuite bathroom. On this lower level there is a separate fitted out gym.

Other features include fans, air-conditioning, a maidsa€™ room, laundry, and carport. There are multiple water sources, filtration, heaters and back-ups so you can remain unaffected by othersa€™ infrastructure problems.
