Unique 3-bedroom Thai-style House With Study For Long-term Rent In Nai Harn

Description

On first impressions, you will notice a small but easily maintainable garden, with a turf lawn and a host of luscious vegetation surrounding it. The garden adjoins a covered carport, and an uncovered space that could easily be used to park another vehicle. There is a small terrace that is situated directly outside of the front door, perfect from relaxing in the peace and quiet of this private side street.

This single-storey Thai Bungalow owns some really great features you don't normally see on a property of this ilk. The house has what I could only describe as a covered open terrace with a bar area. This would be perfect for entertaining guests, and is quite a large space that wraps around two sides of the house in an L-shape. There are lots of seated areas on this unique terrace, which makes an interesting selling point to this bungalow.

There is also a small back garden, with unique wall features and a Buddha sculpture embedded in the middle, next to a small but interesting external Jacuzzi with a waterfall that cascades into it.

The interior comprises of a living space, which owns a dining room and lounge, with furniture that includes a settee, dining table and rustic wooden cupboards and coffee table. There is also another seated area with a settee, which would also be ideal for entertaining guests.

The property owns a Thai kitchen, with a refrigerator, icemaker, and lots of dishware and cutlery.

Of the two bedrooms within the bungalow has an en-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms have double beds, wooden fixtures and fittings and built-in wardrobes. There is also a study that can be a third bedroom.

This is a great propety, especially for those who like Balinese living and enjoy something different and airy. The floors are a mixture of ceramic tiles and wood.

This house is available for long term rent, and is available with Cable TV, with a minimum rental period of 6 months.

The property is situated on a side street in Nai Harn, and is very private and secluded, while exuding a very natural feel. The centralized location ensures you are not too far away from the picturesque Nai Harn Beach, lots of International and Thai restaurants, bars and newly built shopping facilities. Good location, unique features within natural surroundingsa€¦ what are you waiting for?
