Bingin Dual-income Villa & Apartment

Description

A new-build Mediterranean villa and self-contained apartment on one Tourism-zoned plot above Bingin, with layered ocean, jungle and volcano views

Set high on one of the Bukit's most sought-after ocean-view ridgelines, this fully enclosed 2025 build pairs a two-bedroom Mediterranean villa with a self-contained one-bedroom apartment. The two units run independently, which is the whole point: an owner can live in one and let the other, let both, or keep the entire property as a single family home with guest quarters.

The 500 square metre build sits on 300 square metres of Tourism-zoned land, and that pink zoning is the hard part already solved. Nightly rental here is legal by designation, not by workaround, with KBLi and NPWPD registrations in place, the SLF expected in August 2026 and the PBG in process. Layered views sweep from the indian Ocean across the jungle canopy to the volcanoes, with sunrise over the peaks and sunset on the water.

An infinity pool anchors the outdoor living, and the interiors carry a consistent Mediterranean and Moroccan design language through arched joinery, carved headboards and hand-finished tilework. it comes fully furnished with a productive vegetable garden, covered parking and generous storage. For a buyer who wants Bingin's short-let market with a genuine live-in option on the side, this is a rare configuration.
