Business In Portimao, Alvor

Descrizione

This is a fantastic opportunity to acquire an established restaurant on the banks of the Alvor estuary.

Casa do Rio is an established and fully operational restaurant with 170 m2 of construction on a 310 m2 plot. The restaurant has traded here for many years and is well known to residents and returning visitors alike for fresh seafood, traditional Algarve dishes and a relaxed riverside atmosphere.

The premises are turnkey. A fully equipped professional kitchen supports the interior dining room with rustic charm. The outdoor terrace with stunning views over the estuary is the reason guests book ahead, particularly in the evenings when you can enjoy magical sunset views. Air conditioning, a barbecue area, storage, customer facilities and parking are all in place, and the business transfers with its reputation, its trading history and its established seasonal following.

The restaurant enjoys a privileged waterfront position on the edge of Alvor village, close to the harbour, the riverfront promenade and the wooden boardwalk that draws walkers throughout the year. For an investor looking for a prime hospitality property, this is a licensed and trading waterfront restaurant with immediate revenue and scope to develop even further.
