Luxury Bespoke Villa In The Foothills Of Marbella’s Mountains

Description

Overlooking Marbella you will find a stunning residential estate with amazing views across the blue waters of the Mediterranean towards the Strait of Gibraltar. Located above Marbella’s famous Golden Mile between the mountains, sea and the urban elegance that is Nueva Andalucía, this is a complex of five-star luxurious villas, complemented with all the facilities you could need at your disposal. The generosity of the individual plots and the carefully thought-out orientation of each villa ensures complete privacy and spectacular views. This is an exceptional location in an exceptional part of Southern Europe. These design-led homes will be quite unlike anything that has gone before. In a climate that lends itself to outdoor living, these villas will work as well outside as they do inside, if one can tell the difference. The outside/inside concept is found throughout each villa, with the lounge and terrace seamlessly merging into one huge living space. In key parts of the villas, both at ground level and upstairs, the windows will disappear into the walls, ensuring perfectly clear views and bringing the outside in. A combination of custom-designed furniture and world-leading brands along with a stunning selection of artwork makes this villa something to be truly proud of. Residences offers a lot more than a five-star lifestyle and magnificent views. It also offers the priceless commodities of space in abundance and clean air in beautiful natural surroundings. The amenities at Real de La Quinta combined with the facilities of each individual villa – large private pool and garden, superlative terraces and space for entertainment rooms and offices – mean that owners never need to leave the resort unless they want to. It’s an oasis, a true haven where comfort and quality of life is assured, regardless of what might be going on in the wider world. The residencial estate occupies 6.5 hectares of the 200-hectare estate that makes up Real de La Quinta in the idyllic foothills of the Sierra de la Nieves overlooking Marbella.
