On the main level is the living area with very high ceilings and a master bedroom connected with a covered pavilion. The living area has a very spacious balcony overlooking Layan and Laguna area and the the fabulous local mountains. A separate kitchen is at the back. The kitchen is equipped with stove, dishwasher, oven, microwave and a big refrigerator.

The master bedroom is separated from the main living area and across the pool from the living room. Inside the huge ensuite master bathroom is a shower, bathtub and two sinks.

Seven steps up from the Main level is the 2nd bedroom with twin beds and ensuite bathroom. Then 10 steps is the 3rd bedroom with double bed, also with a separate ensuite bathroom.

There is private parking for 2 cars and in the parking area there is a spacious 2 m. x 2 m. storage room and a laundry room with a washing machine.
