The origins of the property date back to the 13th century, when the first fort was built.
in 1621 the property was bought by an English entrepreneur who built the chapel dedicated to the Assumption of Mary and, later, a couple of farmhouses.
Finally, in the 19th century, the manor house was built, which has recently been rebuilt and refurbished to comply with the latest regulations.
