Manor house - Venetian rural “casino”

The villa, built in the style of a typical Venetian “casino,” features harmonious symmetry of windows and doors decorated with stone cornices and characteristic oval windows (“eyes”) beside the main entrance, reminiscent of Venetian palaces in Pula. The complex has basic infrastructure - access road, connection to the water supply network, a preliminary contract with Elektroistra for electricity supply of 40 kW, and suitable terrain morphology for the construction of a phytoremediation plant for wastewater treatment.
