Inside: Villa Specchia is all on one floor except for one of the bedrooms. The entrance leads to a very large living room with three separate seating areas. To the right, the dining room leads to a splendid covered terrace overlooking the garden and swimming pool. On the opposite side of the living area are two double bedrooms with private bathrooms (one with whirlpool tub and shower attachment, one with tub and shower). Near the front door is a double / twin bedroom with bathroom with shower and the staircase leading to a first floor with another twin / double bedroom, also with bathroom with shower. Beyond the living room is the large kitchen, the laundry room and the fifth bedroom, a double with private bathroom with shower. The last bedroom, number six, is a double (which can be used as a twin thanks to the presence of a sofa bed), located across the courtyard from the kitchen and accessible only externally. It has a bathroom with shower. The interiors are all richly decorated with impeccable taste.

Outside: the villa is located in the center of an enclosed garden of 80,000 square meters, and is perfectly safe and quiet. Cars are left in the guarded parking lot inside remote controlled gates. Guests will spend most of their time between the wonderful covered and furnished patio and the green lawns surrounding the large swimming pool. The pool furniture is of course of the highest quality. The internal courtyard of the Masseria beautifully traps the sun on a spring morning and the large gardens invite for leisurely strolls or simply long reading sessions in the shade of a tree.
