Tumbak Bayuh Freehold Estate

Descrizione

A Spanish-architect-designed modern tropical estate held freehold: five en-suite bedrooms across 960 m2 of build on 1,100 m2 amid the Tumbak Bayuh rice fields, with a 17-metre pool, glass-base plunge pool with waterfall edge, jacuzzi, gym and rooftop terrace.

Freehold villas of real scale are the exception in Bali's west-coast corridor, and this is one of them: a five-bedroom modern tropical estate designed by a Spanish architect, held freehold on 1,100 m2 amid the rice fields of Tumbak Bayuh, minutes inland from Pererenan.

Two storeys of capacious indoor-outdoor space wrap an open-plan living room, a 17-metre swimming pool, a glass-base plunge pool with a waterfall edge and a jacuzzi. Five en-suite bedrooms are joined by a gym, rooftop terrace, garage and maid's room, and the estate sells fully furnished.

The owner runs it with hotel-style services, including an American-style breakfast and optional private chef, spa and driver, and projects managed-rental returns of 14 to 19 percent depending on occupancy. We treat that as the seller's projection; the assumptions come with the info pack.
