Phuket Country Club - Luxury Three + Bedroom Pool Villa In Kathu Golf Estate

Description

This three bedroom house is impressive by any standard. It was designed for ultimate livability and comfort, with a keen attention to detail.

The open plan living area is spacious, with architectural details giving each area a distinct personality. The full Western kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances including a stainless steel built-in combo hob and oven. The dark wood cabinetry and black marble countertops extend into a breakfast bar. A more formal dining area sits adjacent. The lounge includes a large conversation area built under the bay window. The light-colored furnishings and floor tile contrast with the dark wood and glass accents, bringing a pleasant harmony to the space. There is a guest bathroom on the ground level.

The master suite also boasts a curved, bay window seat. Each of the three upstairs bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and generous built-in or walk-in wardrobes. On the lower level, there is a study with generous light and an ensuite bathroom which could easily be converted into a bedroom. The maid's room has an ensuite bathroom as well as a Thai kitchen, bringing the potential bedroom count to five.

The pool terrace sits at the front of the gated estate, adding to the impressive first impression. The freeform pool boasts a generous terrace with high-quality furnishings
