This typical independent Tuscan villa, built in the second half of the 18th century, is located on the last western slopes of Monte Albano, about 250 metres above sea level. ^It originally consisted of two farmhouses that have been joined together (while maintaining total independence).^The external walls are faced with typical local stone as are almost all the surrounding houses, preserving the original appearance of the building when it was built...^The villa overlooks the typical Tuscan countryside - hills and olive groves, chestnut and oak woods - all immersed in an oasis of silence.^Enhancing it all is a beautiful swimming pool^It is situated on a natural terrace a couple of metres below the level of the villa and enjoys a wide view of the valley below.^It is an infinity pool with hydromassage.
