On entering the house, There is a comfy sitting room, a cosy place to sit and read a book, or to work from the table, to the right of the entrance, a second bedroom through an archway to the left. The double bedroom, has a hanging area, bedside tables, mirror and chest of drawers, with shutters to the window, up a step to the new downstairs bedroom en-suite, leading out onto the patio beyond. The bedroom is lightly decorated in greens and blues to bring the outside in, a stunning mosaic floor leads seamlessly into the new ensuite, with shower cubicle, loo and vanity sink unit, again shutters are on all windows in this room.

Outside is a large shaded patio, perfect for your morning cuppa, or hiding from the sun in summer, there is a staircase leading up to the first floor, sitting room. Up from the ground floor is a rustic staircase leading to the main living space, a light and bright kitchen, with everything you need from a fitted kitchen, from here there is also a second bathroom, and a few steps lead up to the light bright sitting room, also accessed from the patio. This rain has a comfy sofa and comfy chairs, as well as an excellent pellet burner.

From the sitting room there is also an excellent pellet burner, which warms the whole of the upstairs.

Up again to the amazing roof terrace, with far reaching views to the mountains, as well as looking up to Monumento al Sagrado Corazon.

Excellent WI-FI though-out the house, please note NO TV as we wanted more of a retreat feeling, so please feel free to bring your devices /speakers if required , most people are happy if they want to watch something on their iPad.
