Two Villas - Oxygen Bang Tao - Luxurious Four Bedroom Duplex Home With Private Pools For Rent At Bang Tao

Descripción

This classy property is a luxurious duplex private pool villa with a modern contemporary style, offering full modern comforts. The villa is well designed and equipped with luxurious furniture, fixtures and fittings.

This home has 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a living room, sundeck, private swimming pool and tropical garden. The décor is relaxing and uncluttered, ideal for those travelers who have arrived in Phuket to rest and replenish, far from crowds and hectic city lifestyles.

Great features of this property include a swimming pool that runs the entire length of the tropical garden, nestled beside a decked terrace, which is ideal for al fresco dining or relaxing with a drink.

The interior is ultra modern with its gleaming white décor that provides a contemporary vibe and an air of decadence. The large open plan living space downstairs is where you will find the lounge, dining room and stylish western kitchen. With entertainment options such as a 29 inch flat-screen TV and 40 international channels, you will be able to curl up around the television on the nights you decide to stay at home.

The western kitchen is situated just a few footsteps from the wooden 6-seat dining table, owning appliances such as a stovetop, microwave, refrigerator and a varied selection of high quality dishware and cutlery.

There are four bedrooms in total, three owning ensuite bathrooms, all with built-in wardrobes and double beds. The elegant wooden furniture and fixtures of the bedroom add another level of style to the environment.

The properties are available to rent with added services and utilities such as cable TV, internet and telephone connections, estate security, fresh bed linen and towels provided by a maid, a gardener and a pool cleaner.

The location at Bang Tao is one of the most exclusive on the island. The surrounding tranquility makes these properties very appealing. Bang Tao and Surin are more laid back than most of Phuket's tourists spots, but still have more than enough restaurants, bars and shopping facilities to keep you amused. The villa is also situated close to Bang Tao Beach, which is one of the island's finest. The Banyan Tree Golf Club at Laguna is only a five minute drive away.
