1. General Description

Bali's Finest Residence lies within a very private, security-controlled, walled estate, with a land size of 1,610 square meters. it includes a private driveway access into a multi-vehicle garage. The garage has a private lift for shopping provisions, luggage, and handicapped guests. The main residence encompasses 900 square meters indoor living space, with an additional 300 square meters of external marble-floor terraces and balconies. (These numbers do not include the butler's residence and the garage.)

2. Kitchen, Dining & Living

The main kitchen is equipped with professional, restaurant-grade Wolf cooking range and Sub Zero refrigerator/freezer. A secondary, fully-equipped preparation kitchen is located next to the main kitchen and includes a walk-in cold storage area.

The fully-equipped health spa, the full-size sauna and steam rooms, the large fitness/yoga center, and the home theater with state-of-the-art sound and 3D HD projection system are found on level one of the residence.

Highly energy-efficient, and totally dimming LED lighting is used throughout the property to reduce electrical demand.

a large 115 KV onsite backup generator automatically switches on to resume the supply of electricity to the residence.

The property also includes a total of 500,000 liters of underground tanks for pure rainwater collection, to be used for the total property water needs. Custom, fresh water filtration and activation systems process the water from the tanks. All gray water is processed by a large, very advanced biosystem that yields clean irrigation water for the extensive gardens. Both of these features greatly assist in water sustainability.
