Sea Theatre Rawai Beachfront - Ultra‑luxury Absolute Beachfront Villas On Phuket's South Coast

Beschreibung

Sea Theatre Rawai Beachfront is an ultra-luxury, absolute beachfront villa estate of only eight modern pool villas, created as a new landmark address on the shores of Rawai in South Phuket.

Project highlight

Sea Theatre brings together a rare beachfront land plot, cinematic sea views, and contemporary architecture by A49, one of Thailand's most acclaimed design firms. Developed by Boat Pattana in partnership with listed developer SC Asset, the estate combines Phuket's most established local developer with one of the country's most trusted national brands. The result is a highly curated collection of private residences where every villa enjoys its own infinity pool, expansive outdoor terraces, and uninterrupted vistas across the Andaman Sea.

Design and lifestyle

Each villa is laid out as a vertical private resort, with double‑volume living spaces, floor‑to‑ceiling glazing, and seamless indoor-outdoor flow onto pool decks and oceanfront terraces. Generous bedroom suites, walk‑in wardrobes, multifunction rooms, maid's quarters and ample storage are designed for full‑time living and effortless hosting of family and friends. At the heart of the estate, the completed beachfront common area offers a resort‑style pool and relaxed lounge zones directly on the shoreline, creating a social focal point that still feels intimate and exclusive.

Villa collection

Sea Theatre offers three distinct villa types, each named after a precious stone and available in both freehold and leasehold structures. Built‑up areas range from approximately 674 to 885 sqm on land plots from about 480 to 645 sqm, with 4-5 bedroom configurations and 9 bathrooms, priced from THB 92-112 million.

Location and access

Positioned on Rawai's peaceful shoreline in South Phuket, Sea Theatre places owners within minutes of Rawai Beach's seafront dining, Nai Harn Beach, Makro and Villa Market, international schools and island‑hopping piers. Phuket international Airport is around one hour by car, while key lifestyle hubs such as Boat Avenue, shopping malls and international hospitals are all comfortably within reach.

investment and completion

With the beachfront common areas already completed and the first private sea‑view villas scheduled for handover from mid‑2026, Sea Theatre is progressing on a clear delivery timeline. Limited to just eight residences and backed by blue‑chip developers, the estate represents a scarce opportunity to secure a true beachfront villa in southern Phuket—combining long‑term capital preservation, strong rental appeal and a genuinely elevated coastal lifestyle.
