Cape Heights Villa - Modern Luxe Seaview 5-bedroom Villa For Rent In Cape Yamu

Beschreibung

This spectacular, modern home sits in a boutique development above Cape Yamu, giving you privacy and a beautifully restful backdrop to your tropical experience. Youa€™re also just a stonea€™s throw from some of the islanda€™s top-rated dining and marinas.

The villaa€™s 500+ sqm interior is set over multiple levels to maximize the breathtaking views of Phang Nga Bay, and surrounded by abundant tropical forest. The curved infinity pool is the centerpiece of the design, and magnifies the endless sea views from the central lounge area and multiple terraces. The interior design is modern and totally inviting.

The full Western kitchen sits in a large corner of the open plan living area, and features black marble worktops and gloss white cabinetry with gas hob, hood and oven on the central island. Microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, and full dishes and cutlery are included. A formal dining area overlooks the pool and sea, and more open air dining and lounging options are close at hand. Therea€™s also a rooftop terrace with overhead fan.

The mastersuite is particularly inviting, with a full glass wall, sea-view tub, massive entertainment system, walk-in closet and luxury bathroom. There are 4 bedrooms in total, all with double beds, and 3 of them have ensuite bathrooms. A fourth bathroom doubles as a guest bathroom. All rooms in the house are fitted with a state-of-the-art sound and music system.

As befitting a villa of this type, there are plenty of a€œextrasa€, like a fully customized home theater room and a extra room with ensuite bathroom which could be used as an office, gym, games rooms or additional fifth bedroom with sea views of Phang Nga bay. The laundry, with washer and tumble dryer, sits in a separate room.
