Beschreibung

Maximum rentals are up to 3 months.

The living/dining area has very high ceilings and large wooden sliding doors that allow natural light to flood in and create an atmosphere of relaxation and space. Next to the living area is a huge covered terrace where you can lounge during the day and also enjoy al fresco dining in the evening. This property enjoys a very tranquil setting, away from the hustle and bustle, yet within short walking distance of beaches, dining and entertainment.

The western kitchen is home to numerous appliances such as a stovetop, grill, oven, microwave, refrigerator and a host of dishware and cutlery to suit your every need.

This spacious villa is located in Surin, a private and peaceful coastal village set in beautiful and relaxed surroundings just off Phuket's main west coast road, some 15 km north of the crowded, busy resort area of Patong. As the most exclusive part of the Island, Surin is also home to the world famous resorts of Amanpuri and Twin Palms.

Phuket is one of the top vacation spots in Asia and boasts a modern infrastructure, world class health care, excellent shopping, five golf resorts as well as the fabulous beaches and aquatic activities it is famous for. In recent years the Island has become a dream holiday destination and a favourite place to rent a villa. After all, why stay in a hotel when you can have the freedom, privacy and cost effectiveness of your own home away from home?

The villa is a short stroll from the beautiful Surin and Bang Tao beaches, famous for their white sands, clear blue seas, water sport activities and amazing sunsets. Nearby are gourmet restaurants, boutiques, wine bars and gallerias. With forested Cherng Talay hills in the background, the area is set around a natural, spring-fed lake.

It is just 10 minutes by car to the Laguna area and its acclaimed resorts, spas, horse riding and golf course on 600 acres of landscaped ground. And just 20 minutes away is the international airport where it is only a short flight to or from Bangkok, Singapore or Hong Kong.

Phuket is a true Island paradise that can offer you anything, from quiet secluded beaches to the most entertaining nightlife, from a relaxing massage and spa treatment to snorkelling and diving in pristine waters. Phuket has it all!
