Habitia Kohkaew - New Three Bedroom Family House For Rent In Koh Kaew

Beschreibung

This three-bedroom house is a great value. It's less than 5 minutes from BIS and a short drive to Royal Phuket Marina and Boat Lagoon, and with easy access to a range of golf and shopping options in Kathu and Phuket Town.

The development is nicely maintained and has 24-hour security, including CCTV. The communal pool is set in a manicured garden with ample covered terraces and nice lounge furniture. The clubhouse has a well-appointed fitness room as well.

The semi-detached two-storey house is brand new and smartly designed. The crisp white walls and ceramic tiles contrast nicely with the dark wood accents. The air-conditioning is individually controlled.

Enter from the carport into the lounge, where there's a generous chocolate brown sectional and an impressive flat screen TV. The dining room has a dark wood table with fashionable bench seating augmenting the mid-century modern chairs.

The kitchen is visually defined from the living space by decorative shelving. It has clean, white cabinetry with dark wood accents and display shelves both upper and lower for plenty of storage. There's a microwave, fridge, and cutlery. A guest bathroom is also on the ground floor.

The bedrooms are on the upper level. The master bedroom is quite spacious, with a generous wardrobe, and blackout blinds. The other 2 bedrooms can be furnished at your request. The second bathroom sits on the upper level and functions as an ensuite.

The entrance to the house has a carport with a sliding gate and a small, neat garden.
