The Waterside - Luxurious On The Beach Apartment With A Swimming Pool And External Jacuzzi Available For Rent At Cape Panwa

Beschreibung

This marvellous home owns a cutting edge contemporary design that allows for sea-views wherever you are positioned. I really like the pristine ceramic tiled floors and the painted white walls that offer a certain clean-cut and minimalist feel to the surroundings.

This fully furnished abode offers an open-plan floor space that combines the luxury of a lounge and dining room that oozes class. From the leather L-shape settee you can kick back and take in the sea-views. The furniture is of the highest quality, and you will delight in the elegance of the wooden 8-seat dining table that also looks out over the ocean. From the open-plan area you gain direct access to the balcony, which offers the same majestic views.

Everything in life is not black and white - but the western kitchen most definitely is. The white units and cabinets compliment the black granite work surfaces perfectly, making the contemporary design most evident within the kitchen area. There numerous modern fitted appliances for your cooking pleasures, which include a stovetop, grill, oven, microwave, refrigerator and a wide choice of dishware and cutlery.

There are three bedrooms that all provide en-suite bathrooms, double beds, built-in wardrobes, wooden floors and balconies that also showcase the sea-views at Cape Panwa. All of the bathrooms have showering facilities, and the master bedroom also owns a luxurious bathtub that provides sea-views.

Make no mistake - this is a well designed apartment that offers the utmost in luxury living, and you also gain access to the communal swimming pool and external Jacuzzi that are only inches from the beach.

The rental agreement states a minimum 12 months stay is needed to secure this sea-view apartment, and also include lots of services and utilities such as cable/satellite TV, Internet, and fresh bed linen and towels. Don't miss out on this opportunity of total luxury living.

Cape Panwa can be located on the southern east coast of the island, and is famous for its natural beauty and tranquillity. Panwa is home to a plethora of 5-star resorts, beaches, restaurants and bars. Shopping malls, schools and hospitals are also within a 10-minute drive.
