Payment policies:
A deposit of 2 months rent is required to confirm a reservation.
An extra deposit of 20,000 THB and the first month's rent is required upon check-in. The 20,000 THB deposit will be refunded upon checkout. The deposit of 2 months rent will be deducted as the last two-month rent of the rental period.
