Estate-grade 5br Villa

Beschreibung

The top tier of a new estate release inside a coastal Tabanan creative-wellness community, one of just two five bedroom residences. 600 m2 of Modern Asian build on a 1,500 m2 plot, a 15 by 4 metre infinity pool, private spa and fitness area, a temple style tee house and full personal staff, with completion set for Q3 2027.

Only two of these five bedroom estates exist in the release, and this is the top tier of the whole project. Each one puts 600 m2 of Modern Asian architecture on a 1,500 m2 plot inside a coastal Tabanan creative-wellness community, wrapped around a 15 by 4 metre infinity pool with its own kids zone.

The concept is a personal five star hotel. Full Balinese in-house service comes with the estate: personal staff including a chef, spa, housekeeping and security, a dedicated service kitchen, a private spa and fitness area, and a private tee house built in temple style. There is even a fruit and herb garden planted with mango, papaya, passion fruit, rosemary and mint, plus an electric bike and charging station per villa.

The engineering runs deeper than most finished villas we see. Total soundproofing in a concrete structure, hidden quiet air conditioning, premium window and door systems, top level earthquake resistance, fire safety and insect protection, and chlorine free pools. Tenure is a 25 year leasehold with the option to extend at market land price, and completion is set for Q3 2027 with full operation in Q4 2027.
