Fair Rental Pool Revenue

Every owner has of 3 months of complete use of the condo yearly. For the other 9 months, owners place their condo in the property’s rental program and receive revenue. This is based on the terms of the rental pool agreement.

All expenses & revenue are pooled thereby offering a fair distribution of net revenues between all owners. No one unit will be favoured over another.

Owners Pooled Revenue paid quarterly

Pooled rental revenue is paid quarterly as follows:

* 5% Reserve fund for Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment
* 47.5% – Rental pool management share
* 47.5% – Owners revenue share (less condo fees and property taxes)
